House Brews:
Saaz Pilsner
Weisse Bier
Premium Beer
Best Bitter
Gritstone Ale
Old Jack Strong Ale

Premium: Becky's notes: Lightest. Highly carbonated. Well-hopped for the lightest beer. Good body and balance. Crisp. John's notes: Tasty - more than your average lager. 8.1

Weisse Bier: John's notes: Medium, slightly cloudy. Moderate head. Ok wheat taste. Becky's notes: Sour mash taste. Leaves a dry taste in mouth. 7.8

Gritstone: Becky's notes: Deep amber. No real aroma. Hoppier but not "abusively" at all. Actually tastes milder to me than the first beer. Full-bodied flavor. Well-rounded. No one particular outstanding characteristic. John's notes: Could use some more malt taste, but not bad. 8.2

Olde Jack: Becky's notes: Slightly fruity aroma. The sour mash is evident. Not too tart though. Consistent swallow. Apple-like sweetness in finish. 8.2

Best Bitter: John's notes: Slightly hoppy aroma. A nice hoppy taste - needs more of a malt taste for balance. Most of the taste appears in the finish - in initial swallow is rather weak. 7.8
