Ambitious menu.
Nut Brown: No head. Oily sheen on top. Aroma: almost cola-like. A light body but the finish is quite nicely balanced with malt and just the right amount of hops. Rather effervescent in the mouth. More coppery in color than brown. 8.1
Trinity Stout: A noticeable nutty, malty aroma. The head has some staying power. An opaque color. Very smooth. A nutty taste with some malt taste, and the hops appear in the finish. Nicely balanced - could use a little more finish but overall, quite enjoyable. 8.4
