Our 2nd visit here, but 1st since this beer diary came into being. A minimal "restaurant". All beers advertised as unfiltered.

Brown Ale: Medium head. Deep garnet color. A malty sweet aroma. Good carbonation and body. Most of the actual flavor comes out in the finish, but it's not overpowering. The malt and hops are well balanced, but there's not quite enough of either to truly define a "flavor". It's drinkable and it does have character - could use more something to perk it up... flavor... oomph... da kine! 7.7

Amberham Golden Ale: Nice cloudy dark amber color. The initial aroma is fairly hoppy. Somewhat weak taste which shows up a little more at the finish. The balance between hops and malt is nice. The beer needs more oomph. I feel like telling this beer "it's ok, you're a good beer, don't be shy". A little weak in the body. Enjoyable - but could be excellent with some work. 8.0

We both agree n- this beer could use assertiveness training!
