House Brews:
Marzen
Dunkles (J)
Pils
Weizen (B)
seasonal: Altfest
Weizen: Opaque/murky golden color. Foamier head than usual in wheat beers. A pungent traditional weizen aroma. Body perhaps a tad light, but barely noticeable. The flavor is more predominately banana then clove. A decent finish. Beer would improve if the banana could be muted a bit. Carbonation is well effected. Only real problem with this beer is the out of balance flavor. It is noticeable. 7.9
Dunkels: Nice head on the beer. A pleasant malty aroma. Very malty taste. I know a Dunkels is supposed to be a malty style, but this is a bit much. This beer needs something to balance the malt. Otherwise, not bad. 7.6
